Research
Rooftop life-scenario study
The reel is built around one clear action: yoga on the roof. I checked that architecture, person and landscape read as one believable place.
One specific scene communicates a lifestyle more precisely than ten disconnected benefits.
The developer page positions Okhta as a business-class low-rise residential quarter in Mistolovo.
The public page lists six buildings, four floors in each building, 3+ meter ceilings, and three finish options.
The location block states that the quarter is 7 km from St Petersburg and 8 minutes on foot from Okhta Park.
The video direction uses rooftop life, pine horizon, early light, and resident use instead of generic property-ad pressure.
