Problem and solution
This reel gives the portfolio a more immediate AI-video signal: not a static property shot, but a moving residential scenario with pine forest, active body rhythm, and lifestyle pacing.
An atmospheric Okhta lifestyle reel built around forest movement, sport rhythm, and the lived pace of a low-rise residential quarter.
Selected the strongest draft assembly for public proof instead of relying only on older final reels.
Research
The material is built around the contrast between activity and forest. The edit needed to show a recognisable daily rhythm rather than a list of residential benefits.
A lifestyle promise becomes more believable when action and setting share one pace.
The developer page anchors Okhta as a low-rise business-class quarter near pine forest and Okhta Park.
The local sport-forest-rhythm project folder contains the bridged draft assembly and scene-continuity experiments.
The selected proof leans into running, forest edge, active lifestyle, and natural movement instead of static real-estate display.
The public proof embeds a 22-second web-safe MP4 made from the local assembly source.
Information architecture
Human movement becomes the editing spine while the forest remains the constant context.

Selected the strongest draft assembly for public proof instead of relying only on older final reels.
Prepared a compressed web-safe export and poster for fast muted playback in the portfolio browser.
Kept the work connected to the Okhta source context and developer page.
Visual concept
The mockup does not disguise the interface: environment, colour, scale and medium extend the logic of the project itself.

Natural green range
Alternating wide and detail shots
Pacing without advertising aggression
Design and system behaviour
Each visual is tied to a journey stage and demonstrates a distinct part of the solution.
